These terms cover cards bought from FannyDango, a trading name of Felbridge Green LLP, registered in England and Wales, number OC418842. Registered office: Lower Barn, Lowdells Lane, East Grinstead, RH19 2AW.

Prices

Prices include VAT. Postage is shown separately before you pay.

Your message

We print the message as you type it, so please check it in the preview. We may decline to print anything unlawful, threatening or hateful, and will refund you if we do.

Cancelling and returns

Each card is printed to order. Cards with your own message are personalised, so they can't be cancelled once printing has started or returned unless faulty. For any other card you may cancel before it is printed. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us and we'll reprint it or refund you.

Delivery

See Delivery. The card is yours, and the risk in it passes, when it is delivered.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
