Privacy

FannyDango is run by Felbridge Green LLP, registered in England and Wales, number OC418842. Registered office: Lower Barn, Lowdells Lane, East Grinstead, RH19 2AW. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

We use these to carry out the order you've asked for. If you tick the box to hear about new cards, we'll also email you occasionally; you can stop that at any time.

Who sees it

We use Cloudflare to run this website, Stripe to take payments, Prodigi to print and post cards in the UK, and Royal Mail to deliver them. Each receives the information needed for its part of the service. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

The message, the recipient's address and the print file are erased 30 days after the card is posted. The record of the sale itself (what was bought, when and for how much) is kept for six years, because the law requires it.

Optional analytics and your choice

If you accept optional analytics, we count page views, product views and checkout starts in daily totals. These counts do not include names, email addresses, addresses, card messages, visitor IDs, search terms or full page URLs. Our reports cover the last 90 days. Older totals are cleared when new activity is recorded. They are processed in our own shop infrastructure with Cloudflare; we do not load advertising tags or share these counts with an advertising platform.

We store your accept or reject choice in your browser for 180 days so we can remember it. Optional analytics is off until you accept. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to reject it or change your mind; this stops further analytics requests. Totals already combined cannot be linked back to you. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for this page only.

We count paid orders separately from the sale records needed to run the shop, even if you reject optional analytics. These operational totals are not a record of your browsing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data by emailing hello@fannydango.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
